By booking a service with CruzControlDetails ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company"), you ("the Client," "you," or "your") agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Please read this agreement carefully before confirming your appointment. If you have any questions, we're happy to walk through anything before you book — just reach out at 647-323-2044 or cruzcontroldetails@gmail.com

CruzControlDetails Mobile Detailing Serving Saint John, New Brunswick and surrounding areas, and Halifax, Nova Scotia and surrounding areas.

We know contracts aren't the most exciting read, so here's the short version of what matters most. The full agreement below is what officially applies, but this should give you the gist:

  • Booking: A $50 deposit confirms your appointment and goes toward your total cost.

  • Cancellations: Give us 24–48 hours' notice and your deposit is fully refunded or moved to a new date — no hassle. Less notice than that (or a no-show) means the deposit covers our time and travel.

  • What we need from you: Access to water and power at the service location, a safe place to park, and personal valuables removed from the vehicle beforehand.

  • Vehicle condition: We'll note any existing damage before we start, and we'll always be upfront if something (like a deep stain or odor) may not fully come out.

  • Happy with the work? We're confident you will be — but if something was missed, let us know within 48 hoursand we'll make it right at no extra cost.

  • Payment: Due when the job's done, by Cash, E-Transfer,  or Cheque.

  • Photos: We may snap before/after photos for our portfolio — just let us know if you'd rather we didn't.

If anything below raises a question, just ask — we're glad to explain it before you book, not after.

1. Service Area

CruzControlDetails provides mobile vehicle detailing services within Saint John, New Brunswick and surrounding areas, and Halifax, Nova Scotia and surrounding areas. Travel outside these areas may be accommodated at our discretion and may be subject to an additional travel fee, which will be disclosed and agreed to before booking.

2. Services Provided

The specific services to be performed (e.g., exterior wash, interior detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, etc.) will be outlined in your individual quote or invoice at the time of booking. Descriptions of our packages on this website are general in nature; the exact scope of work for your appointment is the version confirmed in your booking confirmation or invoice, which takes precedence over website descriptions.

3. Booking, Scheduling & Confirmation

3.1 All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email, and are confirmed once you receive written confirmation (text or email) from us.

3.2 You agree to provide an accurate service address, accurate vehicle information, and a reliable contact number at the time of booking.

3.3 We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the agreed time window. Mobile detailing depends on travel time and prior jobs, so we ask for flexibility of up to [30–60] minutes around the scheduled time. We will notify you as soon as possible of any significant delay.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 Pricing is based on vehicle size, condition, and the services selected, and will be confirmed in writing before your appointment.

4.2 Final pricing may be adjusted if the vehicle's condition (e.g., excessive pet hair, mud, biohazards, or heavy staining) materially exceeds what was disclosed at booking. Any adjustment will be communicated to you for approval before additional work begins.

4.3 Payment is due in full upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept Cash, E-Transfer, and Cheques.

4.4 Unpaid invoices may be subject to a late fee of 5% after 7 days, at our discretion.

5. Deposits

5.1 A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to confirm and hold your appointment, except where the cancellation terms in Section 6 apply.

5.2 The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service and is not an additional charge.

5.3 Appointments are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.

6. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

6.1 48 hours' notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. In this case, your deposit will be fully refunded or applied to a new appointment date, at your preference.

6.2 Less than 48 hours' notice or no-show: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or failure to be present/available at the scheduled time and location, will result in forfeiture of the deposit to cover scheduling and travel costs already incurred.

6.3 We understand emergencies happen. If something unexpected comes up, please contact us as soon as possible — we will always try to find a fair solution.

6.4 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unsafe weather conditions, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control (see Section 11), in which case your deposit will be fully honoured toward a rescheduled appointment or refunded.

7. Access Requirements for Mobile Service

To provide our services, the Client agrees to ensure the following are available at the service location:

7.1 Reasonable access to a water source and standard electrical outlet at the service location.

7.2 A safe, legal, and reasonably level parking space or driveway for the duration of the appointment.

7.3 If access to water, power, or adequate space is not available at the time of the appointment and was not disclosed in advance, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the appointment, with the deposit policy in Section 6 applying.

8. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage

8.1 Prior to beginning work, we may conduct a brief walk-around of your vehicle and note any pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, chips, stains, upholstery wear, cracked trim, or aftermarket modifications.

8.2 CruzControlDetails is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions that exist prior to the start of service.

8.3 Some conditions cannot be fully corrected through detailing, including but not limited to deeply set stains, odors embedded in upholstery or carpet padding, sun-damaged or cracked plastic/vinyl, scratched glass, or paint defects below the clear coat.  We will always communicate realistic expectations with you before beginning work.

8.4 The Client confirms they are the owner of the vehicle or have the owner's permission to authorize detailing services.

9. Personal Property & Valuables

9.1 Please remove all personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle prior to your appointment.

9.2 If personal items are left in the vehicle, an additional fee will apply to cover the extra time required to remove them before service can begin. This fee varies depending on the amount of items involved and will be communicated to you for approval before we proceed further.

9.3 CruzControlDetails is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items left in the vehicle. If items are found during cleaning, we will set them aside and return them to you; we are not responsible for items that go unnoticed in deeply hidden compartments.

10. Weather & Service Delays

Mobile detailing is conducted outdoors and is therefore subject to weather conditions. In the event of rain, extreme cold, high winds, or other unsafe conditions, we may need to reschedule your appointment to maintain the quality of our work and the safety of our team. We will always communicate with you promptly and work to find a convenient alternative time.

11. Force Majeure

CruzControlDetails will not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform services due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, power outages, or equipment failure. In such cases, we will reschedule the appointment or refund the deposit, at the Client's preference.

12. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a specific area of service performed, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment, and we will arrange a complimentary touch-up of the area(s) in question, subject to the following:

12.1 This guarantee covers areas that were part of the original scope of service and applies to workmanship only.

12.2 This guarantee does not cover: new stains, spills, dirt, or damage occurring after the appointment; pre-existing conditions disclosed in Section 8; results limited by the vehicle's condition (e.g., permanent staining, odor that cannot be fully removed); or dissatisfaction based on expectations beyond the scope of the service booked.

12.3 Touch-up requests must be reported within 24 hours and scheduled within 2 days of the original appointment.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, CruzControlDetails' total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the service in question.

13.2 CruzControlDetails is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use of the vehicle, loss of income, or diminished resale value.

13.3 Nothing in this agreement is intended to limit liability for damage caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct, where such limitation is not permitted by law.

14. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CruzControlDetails, its owner, and any employees or contractors from any claims, damages, or losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the Client (such as undisclosed vehicle damage or unsafe conditions at the service location), except where such claims arise from our own negligence.

15. Photography & Marketing Consent

Unless you opt out in writing at the time of booking, you grant CruzControlDetails permission to take before-and-after photographs or videos of your vehicle (excluding licence plates and any personal information) for use in our portfolio, website, and social media marketing. You may request that specific images not be used at any time.

16. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick for services rendered in New Brunswick, and by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia for services rendered in Nova Scotia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the province in which the service was performed.

17. Severability

If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

This document, together with your booking confirmation and invoice, constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and CruzControlDetails regarding the services provided, and supersedes any prior verbal or written understandings.

19. Acknowledgment

By booking an appointment, submitting a deposit, or allowing CruzControlDetails to begin work on your vehicle, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Service Agreement.
